Looking for a AS9100 + ITAR registered machine center capable of machining forgings from 5lbs to 200lbs.

We are particularly interested in adding these capabilities: 
Machine services for forgings & castings — aerospace and defense.
Forging (open or close die).
Certifications.
Partnership agreement will require ISO9001, AS9100D and ITAR as minimum requirements. NADCAP and Level two CMMC is highly desirable in this market.
