I am a Certified Professional Manufacturers’ Representative (CPMR) with more than 30 years of experience helping OEMs turn ideas into production-ready products. At Jobst Incorporated, an independent manufacturers’ representative agency founded in 1978, I work with engineers and purchasing teams throughout the Midwest to develop new opportunities and move projects from concept into production.
My role is to connect customers with the right manufacturing capabilities—from custom components and complete sub-assemblies to the electronics that make equipment smarter. I enjoy getting involved early, working with engineers on materials, manufacturing processes, sourcing and manufacturability, and helping projects move smoothly into production.
Data management is an important part of how I work. I use databases and technology to identify opportunities, organize information, track projects and make the business development process more effective.
Within MANA, I head up ALOTO (A League of Their Own), MANA’s Special Interest Group for women, focused on connection, education and mentoring. I also serve as President of WomenReps LLC, a national network of women manufacturers’ representatives.
I’m a connector by nature and enjoy bringing engineers, buyers, manufacturers and fellow reps together. Outside of work, you’ll often find me playing pickleball, learning something new, or talking with someone about their next big idea.
