MANA invites our manufacturer members to participate in a MANAcast on Agreements From Your Manufacturers’ Representatives’ Perspective. We scheduled this event for Friday, April 24, 2026, at 4 pm ET, 3 pm CT, 2 pm MT, 1 pm PT.

A key element in establishing long-term relationships between reps and manufacturers is a balanced and well-written agreement. The purpose of this MANAcast is to educate manufacturers on how to structure a contract from the manufacturers’ representatives’ perspectives so it works well for both and considers the uniqueness of their situation.

On this MANAcast we will talk about:

• Why you should retain a rep-savvy attorney to help write the agreement.

Our panelist will be attorney Daniel E. Beederman, a partner in Schoenberg Finkel Beederman Bell Glazer, LLC, a business law firm in Chicago. In addition to serving as MANA’s legal counsel, Beederman and his firm also represent other associations whose members are independent sales representatives and manufacturers who use them, including AIM/R, ERA and others. For over 35 years Beederman has counseled reps and manufacturers on legal and business issues
