These Terms govern use of MANA’s websites, public content, directories, products, and services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Statement below. Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction and must comply with applicable laws.

Site content and directory use

MANA and its licensors retain ownership of site content and intellectual property. Site content is provided for authorized personal or member use. RepFinder®, LineFinder®, and related member directories are private MANA resources and may only be used by eligible members for their intended business purpose. Directory information may not be redistributed, used for mass marketing, or retained after membership access expires.

Restrictions, advertising, and third-party links

Users may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, violate another party’s rights, or submit unlawful or harmful material. Advertisers are responsible for their submitted content. Third-party links are provided for convenience; MANA does not control or endorse third-party content.

Disclaimers and disputes

The site, services, and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Use is at your own risk. The Terms and the relationship between users and MANA are governed by Ohio law, and applicable disputes are heard in Hamilton County, Ohio.

Privacy Statement

MANA may collect information that users submit, along with technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, and site activity. Information is used to operate and improve the site, administer accounts and services, communicate with users, analyze site performance, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

MANA may share information with service providers performing functions on its behalf or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce terms, address fraud or security concerns, or protect MANA, its users, or the public. MANA uses reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies, choices, and children

The site may use cookies, local storage, analytics, and similar technologies. Users can manage browser preferences and unsubscribe from commercial email using the links provided in those messages. The site is not intended for children under 18, and MANA does not knowingly collect their personal information.
