MANAChat- Finding Great Reps: What Top Manufacturers Look For—and Where They Find Them

On this MANAChat we will talk about:

• Where manufacturers have had the most success finding qualified reps
• Best practices for evaluating prospective rep partners
• Common red flags to watch for during the selection process
• Strategies for keeping top-performing reps engaged and productive

Our goal is to seed the conversation with practical examples and thoughtful perspectives that will encourage broader member participation. 

To keep these MANAchats manageable, we limit participation to no more than 30 members per session. There is no charge to participate if you are a current MANA member.
