Terms and Conditions
MANA is pleased to provide its manufacturer and manufacturers’ representative members with a license to use the RepFinder® by MANA directory. This valuable membership benefit is subject to the terms and conditions stated below.
By clicking below and accessing RepFinder® by MANA directory, you acknowledge that you are a manufacturer or manufacturers’ representative member of MANA, and that you agree to, and will comply with, the following terms and conditions:
- MANA manufacturer members shall use the RepFinder® by MANA directory solely to search for manufacturers’ representatives to represent their own manufacturing companies. National Chambers of Commerce shall use the RepFinder® by MANA solely to search for manufacturers’ representatives to represent their own members.
- From time to time upon the prior consent of MANA, manufacturers’ representative members may be allowed to use the RepFinder® by MANA directory solely to search for sub-representatives, other manufacturers’ representatives who may be interested in buying or selling their agency, or to selectively network one-on-one with other manufacturers’ representatives.
- You shall not use the RepFinder® by MANA directory, or any portion of it, to mass market to all or some of MANA members.
- Use of the RepFinder® by MANA directory, or any portion of it, by third-party rep search firms or by other non-members of MANA is expressly prohibited.
- Use of information downloaded or copied from the RepFinder® by MANA directory after your MANA membership has expired is expressly prohibited.
- Anyone who violates these terms and conditions will immediately lose further access to the RepFinder® by MANA directory and may be subject to further claims by MANA.
- The contents of the RepFinder® by MANA directory is owned by MANA and your license to use the same may be terminated by MANA immediately without notice or cause. MANA is not liable for any errors or misinformation contained in the RepFinder® by MANA directory.
