Our featured speaker is Daniel E. Beederman, MANA’s legal counsel and a partner in Chicago-based law firm Schoenberg Finkel Beederman Bell Glazer LLC. Dan is a nationally recognized attorney with years of experience in handling legal matters for independent sales representatives, as well as for companies that use reps.
Dan will speak on recent and pending legislation and legal issues that could affect manufacturers’ reps and manufacturers. He also will be available for Q&A as part of the session.
