Manufacturers’ Agents of Cincinnati (MAC)

May 8, 2020 Luncheon
A Rep Talks With His Lawyer

MANA CEO Charles Cohon and MANA legal counsel Dan Beederman will start by reenacting some of the kinds of frank, private conversations reps have with their attorneys when they are negotiating contracts, collecting past due commissions, and dealing with a principal who has terminated the rep’s agreement.

Cohon and Beederman will close with Q&A on legal topics critical to reps.
